The machine I bought lasted for days only! defective parts

I bought a cutter plotter machine recently, after a week I was not able to use cause it won't work anymore. When i tried to let the store where i bought it to fix it, they said defective parts are not part of their warranty, only the services, so we should pay them again for buying the parts. And what happened now is that, they were not able to fix but still charges us with more money to pay for the parts they bought. All machines I bought from other companies are Great, parts are included in the warranty. This is my first time to experience this.

Thanks God! I found this , we have same problem ,same unit ,same brand and same shop.

It cost a lot of money but still they cant sort it they no longer care about , they always say they know what to do but they dont.. In other words the technician cant identify the defective parts becos he is not a cutter expert just guessing, and u correct more money to pay for the parts but still not working.

First time I encountered this kind of shop no costumer concern ,no costumer satisfaction , and not very nice not very good. Believe me becos Im being there...
